Ballon Race - Halifax Gala

The Mayfield Trust are having a stall and taking part in the procession at the Halifax Gala on 11th June 2011.

We are holding a balloon race, with a prize of £50 (high street vouchers) for the balloon that travels the furthest, as well as £20 (high street vouchers) for the person who finds this winning balloon and returns the label to us.

New Charity Shop - King Cross - Halifax

After weeks of preparation: Our new Charity Shop has finally opened its doors. On Wednesday 20th April 2011 at 11am precisely, Super League Star, Luke Robinson officially cut the ribbon to allow a large gathering of people to flood into the new premises based at 233 King Cross Road, Halifax.

Donation From Local Firm

Irwin Mitchell Solicitors Leeds have kindly donated £100 in vouchers to The Mayfield Trust.

The vouchers will be used towards our fundraising efforts for this year, some have been used in a raffle that has been arranged following the opening of our new charity shop in King Cross, Halifax.
