Mayfield House Sensory Garden
And its beautiful at the moment, the grass is lush and the flowers and shrubs are in full bloom, a splash of colour, at the back of Mayfield Cottages the place to spend a few quiet minutes, enjoying the sun (when we get it) and the peace and tranquillity.
The peace and tranquillity will be "sacrificed for the day" at the end of the month when a celebratory BBQ and disco has been arranged to thank everyone who has help the Mayfield Trust with recent projects.

If Cheryl Cole can do it, so can we: Two drinking pals to take Kilimanjaro challenge for children's trust
Wednesday 2nd September 2009 1:41 PM
TWO friends are swapping pints for climbing gear ahead of a challenge of a lifetime.
John Hill, 42, of The Meadows, Sowerby Bridge, and Eddie Doran, 39, of Tyson Street, King Cross, Halifax, are climbing Kilimanjaro in February.
They have called their training plan, "From Marlboros and Boddingtons to the hilltops of Africa."
They plan to take nine days to climb the 19340ft inactive volcano for the Mayfield Trust, a charity which supports people with learning difficulties.
They will be following in the footsteps of X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole and singer Ronan Keating who climbed the mountain in March to raise money for Comic Relief.
Mr Hill, a plumber, said: "I used to keep fit and just never kept it up and got into the routine of going out and having a beer. This is obviously a very good reason to start getting fit again."
They need to raise £3,500 for the trek, but hope to raise £8,000 for the charity which they are supporting as they feel it is a good cause.

The trust's fund-raising manager, Rose Shaw, said: "The money will go to the 2010 summer school and will provide two weeks of fun-filled activities for children and young people. It just gives them the chance for fun that other children sometimes take for granted."
The climbers are holding a fund-raising evening at the Arden Road Social Club, Halifax, on November 7th. Entertainment will be provided by "Bitter and Twisted and (as yet un-named) Irish band. Tickets are available at the Puzzle Hall, The Moorings and The Works, all in Sowerby Bridge.
