On behalf of all the children, young people and adults that we support we are immensely grateful to these Companies, Trusts and individuals who have contributed to their well being and enjoyment of life.
BBC Children in Need
Yet again we have been very lucky to receive a grant from BBC Children in Need they will be contributing to our ever popular Summer Scheme for the next 3 years 2013 -2016. This is fantastic news and will give us a great start in funding the Summer Scheme for the next 2 years. On behalf of all the children and young people who will attend the scheme a big thank you to Pudsey Bear and everyone involved in such a wonderful organisation. Dont forget when November comes around and Pudsey Bear is asking for a donation each penny you put in contributes to our organisations summer scheme and to other worthy causes.
We have some wonderful people out there that support our worthy cause by having a collection tin either on a bar a counter or even in the office. If you feel this is something you could help with please contact us. Special thanks to Three Bags Full at The Peice Hall and The Volunteer Arms at Copley who are always wanting the collection tins collected.

Donation received from F.C. Halifax Town via Aldi
We have just been presented with a cash donation from Will Charles the Area Manager of Aldi's in Pellon Lane. The money was raised by Mr Pete Stagic of F.C. Halifax Town by selling raffle tickets to Aldi customers for their end of season draw which benefits local charities.
Many thanks to everyone concerned and very best wishs to F.C. Halifax Town for their remaining games of the season and good luck for the future.
Donations in memory of the late Mrs Kathleen Gray
It was very sad news to hear that Kathleen passed away towards the end of last year. She was a lifelong member of the organisation who together with her husband took a special interest in Mayfield House and the people who live there. An extension to the home built in 1976 was named after Eric her husband.
Kathleen worked tirelessly in her capacity as Chair of the Fundraising Committee and will be fondly remembered for her highly valued work and the commitment she gave in pursuit of the charity's aims and values.
Thank you to all her family, friends and members of the Faith and Light group who made donations in memory of Kathleen.
From the estate of the late Mr Benjamin Bush.
