Football Fever and a HUGE welcome to Alex!
Sunday Fun in the Sun!
Sunday was packed with fun, laughter, and plenty of activity.
We started the day with a fantastic swimming session at Brighouse Pool before making the most of the sunshine with a friendly game of football in the garden.
To round off the day, everyone enjoyed an exciting water fight, which was the perfect way to cool down and created lots of smiles and laughter.
It was a brilliant day full of teamwork, friendship, and wonderful memories. We cannot wait for our next weekend adventure together.
What a Fantastic First Week, Alex!
Alex has had an amazing first week packed with fun, new experiences, and fantastic achievements.
He showed great independence by paying for his swimming session and buying his own refreshments.
Alex also enjoyed relaxing in the sensory room, taking part in yoga in the music room, and making the most of the beautiful summer weather with plenty of adventures on the pirate ship.
We are so proud of everything Alex has achieved already. What an incredible start to his journey. We cannot wait to see what the next few weeks bring!
Dance, Laughter, and Friendship!
There is always plenty of fun to be had at Dance and Smile.
These fantastic sessions give everyone the chance to dance, socialise, and spend time with people from other services, creating new friendships and enjoying every moment together.
It is always wonderful to see familiar faces from across our services coming together, building confidence, making connections, and sharing lots of laughter along the way.
Another brilliant session filled with music, friendship, and smiles from start to finish.
A Spectacular Day at the Circus!
Some of the people we support had a fantastic day out at Circus Star at Brooksbank School last weekend, and what an amazing show it was.
The performance was full of excitement, laughter, and incredible talent. Everyone had a wonderful time, including our staff, who enjoyed every moment just as much.
A huge thank you to the Circus Star team for their warm welcome, kindness, and support. They helped make the day a truly memorable experience for everyone.
We are so grateful for such a fantastic day and look forward to seeing you again soon.
Community Adventures with Alex!
Alex has been making the most of every opportunity to explore the local community and enjoy some fantastic days out.
From visiting parks and museums to playing games outdoors and helping to keep the community clean, every outing has been filled with fun, learning, and achievement.
It has been wonderful to see Alex discovering new places, staying active, building confidence, and making a positive difference wherever he goes.
What a brilliant week of adventure, independence, and community spirit. We cannot wait to see where Alex's next adventure takes him!
Celebrating Ross's Progress!
Ross has been working incredibly hard on developing his life skills, building confidence in the kitchen and taking pride in cleaning up after himself once he has finished cooking.
It has been fantastic to see his progress week after week, with every achievement showing just how much he is growing in confidence and independence.
Alongside learning new skills, Ross has been enjoying spending time with his friends at Arden Road and making the most of the new sensory room, where he can relax and unwind.
It has been a wonderful balance of learning, friendship, and relaxation, and we are so proud of everything Ross is achieving.
