Outreach Support Worker
Full & Part time, variable hours basis
Full UK driving licence, willingness to drive our minibuses and age 21+ desirable for this position but not essential.
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will spend the majority of your time out in the community, supporting people in activities, events, and experiences. You may be required to pick individuals up from their home address to attend activities, all are within the Calderdale area. You will be required to support individuals to engage in a variety of activities, including physical activities such as trampolining and swimming. You will facilitate participation, provide guidance, and engage where appropriate, taking into account individual staff circumstances and reasonable adjustments.
