Huge well done and admiration for our own Emily King, along with her dad Matthew, who have just completed the Leeds Rob Burrows Marathon in this staggering heat. Not only that but it was all done in dusted in 4 Hours and 46 Minutes.

After working hard and building up an appetite at the gym this week, we headed to Manor Heath Park, where we enjoyed lunch.
Tina has been practising her letter writing this week. She made them look old by dipping them with teabags.
