Farms, Bikes and weekend fun!

We took advantage of the lovely weather this week.

On Tuesday, a group from Outreach and the Day Service went to the Adapted Bikes in Spenborough, where they all had lots of fun riding the bikes.

We have been making use of the different rooms we have at The Hub.

The tiny tablet is multifunctional, and everyone likes to spend time on it.  Jack has been using it to write his name on.

We have also been participating in messy play, and Aneesa has enjoyed sensory play in the music room.

We had an afternoon of fun in the sun out in the garden.

We had the parachute out, played various ball games, and also sang and danced.

Ferran had lots of fun in the park with Nigel this weekend.

They explored Manor Heath park and the butterfly house there, as well as having fun in the play areas.

Who doesn't love a cuppa with friends?

The outreach and day service all met up for a nice coffee or hot chocolate in town.

Alex has been busy this week during his outreach sessions.

He has been to Hollingworth Lake, enjoying an ice cream and exploring Halifax town centre and local parks.

Jack and Ehsan had a lovely day out at Meanwood Valley Urban Farm with Taylor and Gary.

They really enjoyed looking around the farm.  It’s a new place for us and we think it’s well worth a visit.
