Happy Birthday, Rebecca. Bun-tastic baking and exploring galore.

Alex has been busy enjoying his outreach sessions.

He has been keeping fit by getting out walking around Hollingworth Lake and Shibden Park and attending the Dance and Smile session at Forest Cottage.

He also went exploring the local museums with Simon, where they embraced the spirit of the event by getting dressed up.

Our outreach explorers went to two different local events.

On Saturday, they went to the summer fair at Forest Cottage. They had lots of fun playing in the sand and interacting with the local community.

On Sunday, they went to Old Brodleians RUFC Emergency Services day, where they all had lots of fun and got to explore the inside of different emergency vehicles.

Nathan has been trying out the sensory room at The Zone in Huddersfield.

It’s a great space and has Nathan's seal of approval.

We always love going 10 pin bowling and this week was no exception.

Happy Birthday to Rebecca! Everyone at The Mayfield Trust wishes her a very Happy Birthday.  We might even have a cake or two for her as a surprise.

She has enjoyed being out exploring in the local museums.

Alex and Tasha had a lovely day out in Halifax and went for a delicious lunch at McCafferty’s.

Alex really enjoys going there for the lovely desserts.

Tina has been doing her food safety training at The Hub to get ready for her new volunteer placement.

We would all like to wish her the very best of luck with this new venture.

Jasper had a great day. He went shopping with Scott to get his ingredients and made some lovely buns for his mum.

He also did some great sentence sequencing with Rebecca.
